“ Ive been here a couple of times and have tried most of the menu items. The noodles are very flavorful and rich, with every noodle dish being delicious. My favorites are the sukiyaki and homura. Their apple iced tea pairs perfectly with the rich noodles. The store itself is cute and cozy, and the staff are friendly. It has quickly become one of my regular goto spots! ”
“ Reliable and flavorful abura soba soupless ramen from popular Japanese chain. I ordered the Takoyaki, Kaki Fry, Niku Miso, and Plum Sprite. Both appetizers were perfectly crisp on the outside with a tender inside and generous in portion. Especially the takoyaki, which had plenty of octopus. Id skip the ramen, because the abura soba is a must. Not many Japanese restaurants in the city make abura soba, so its a more unique dish and personally, I think the flavors are more rich and satisfying than ramen. I like that you can customize it with the different accompaniments. I went with a generous portion of chili oil, which added a subtle kick to the dish. If you dont know which to get, start with the original or niku miso before exploring however, Im also a huge fan of the roasted beef for a heavier dish. The plum Sprite was a helpful additionwith the sweet but not too sweet acidity giving your tongue a break from the fried and rich flavors from the appetizers and soba. I highly recommend pairing it with your dish, but if youre wary of plum, just go with any trusted carbonated drink. “ Great little Japanese Noodle joint! We were walking around Times Square and wanted to grab some lunch. We were able to get seated right away on a Saturday afternoon. Our waitress was super nice, as the whole staff. Always had our waters filled quickly. We all tried a few new noodle and soup dishes. Grabbed a couple of appetizers as well. Food came pretty quickly. Nice and hot, tasting pretty fresh. We were extremely happy with our experience here and couldnt recommend more. ”

I ordered Niku Misu. It was delisosourusrex. Japanese Carbonara. That you mix yourself at the table. So fun. Ramen without soup with slow cooked pork, miso minced pork, poached egg, chives,scallion, nori. I added plum and fried onion. Creamy consistency and bacon flavor. 10 star. Add the plum for a sour swirlSalted plum sprite umi salty sweet sour was made in house and to die for. Amazing. Also ordered Homura don rice bowl with soft boiled egg and minced pork. Tasted like comfort food, home cooked flavor. Loved. Seaweed salad on the side. This was great on this rainy day. Matcha icecream baked sweet potato was comforting tasty sweet and healthy. “ We got in on a Monday when they first opened, and by the time we left it started to get busier. I had the original while my wife had a new item on the menu that has roast beef that was really yummy. On the side, we had fried octopus and fried oysters. We didnt regret any of our choices at all! Definitely will be coming back again! ”

“ This is what I love about New York City, because no matter where you go, you will always find an amazing place to eat. Tonight we were supposed to eat Hot Pot but the place was closed. We ended up at Kajiken, first time here for all of us and we absolutely loved it. Hua was very friendly, kind and sweet. The food was really good!! Now this is one of my favorites restaurants to visit. No doubt! ”
